With the Windows 10 Home version from 2019 it does not work anymore, if I have a solution I write it into the FAQ, so the FAQ is only valid for W10 versions below 2019, 8.1, 7 Home & Starter!

1.) Install Remote Desktop Server on Windows 10 / 8.1 Home / Starter!

Please download the Freeware RDPWrap from: https://github.com/binarymaster/rdpwrap/releases/tag/v1.6
Extract the RDPWrap-v1.6.zip and run the install.bat with Admin Privileges. (... see Image-1 Arrow 1 to 4)
And now check the settings of the Remote Desktop.
Important:
At listener port problems please run the update.bat (admin mode)! (... see Image-2 Arrow-3)
Or after some Auto Update of Windows (10, 7, 8.1)!
If not work click uninstall.bat and then again install.bat good lock.
